Send a quote your customer can read and sign on their phone, with a link to pay a deposit. Customers book online from your own booking page, any time of day. Take card payments with a pay link by text or email.

Built for film work
Track each roll of film by how much is left, and get an alert before you run out. Give customers a warranty certificate they can check with a QR code. When you quote a tint job, SalesThumb flags any window that's darker than your state allows.

Who is SalesThumb for?+
Independent shops and multi-location owners in window tint, paint protection film (PPF), ceramic coating, auto detail, vinyl wrap and flat glass, plus other vehicle service shops. It works for a one-person shop and for a group of shops. Owners with several locations can add HQ to manage them from one place.
How long does setup take?+
Basic setup takes about 30 minutes. Built-in training wizards help your team learn it. For more complex shops, we'll help you set up.
How is SalesThumb different from ShopMonkey, OrbisX, or TintWiz?+
SalesThumb was built from day one for tint, PPF, ceramic, detail and wrap shops, not adapted from a general repair tool. It tracks film rolls by how much is left, makes warranty certificates, keeps before-and-after photos with each job, and has a booking page that works the way these shops book.
Does SalesThumb have built-in payments?+
Yes. You can take card payments online and ask for a deposit when a customer books. Each shop sets up its own payout account, so the money goes straight to the shop's bank.
Does SalesThumb send text messages?+
Yes, on Starter and above (Basic doesn't include outbound texting). Two-way texting is built in for appointment reminders, quote follow-ups, review requests, and customer replies, which come back to your shop's inbox. Customers who reply STOP stop getting texts, automatically.
Is there a mobile app?+
Yes. One app for iPhone and Android is live on the App Store and Google Play. Your installers see the day's jobs and take before-and-after photos, and customers get appointment reminders, warranty cards and booking in the same app. Most actions need an internet connection to save; the vehicle inspection checklist is the one part that saves on the phone. The app is new, so there aren't reviews yet.
How much does SalesThumb cost?+
Plans start at $99/month per shop, no credit card required. What you pay depends on the features your shop needs. Owners with several locations can add HQ. See the Pricing page for what's in each plan.
Can I switch from ShopMonkey, TintWiz, or OrbisX?+
Yes. You can bring in your customers and vehicles from a spreadsheet (CSV) export of any of those tools, matching the columns on the customer import screen. ShopMonkey shops can also connect their ShopMonkey account to bring over customers, vehicles, invoice history, upcoming appointments and estimates. For more complex shops, we'll help you set up.
Is SalesThumb available outside the United States?+
The software works anywhere, but card payments are US-only (in US dollars) today, and texting works with US and Canadian phone numbers. More countries are on the roadmap.
