- What's 10DLC and do I need it?
- 10DLC is the carrier-registered business SMS channel in the US. We register you during onboarding — takes 1-6 weeks for carrier review but works during that window.
- How much do messages cost?
- Each plan includes an SMS allotment (100 Starter / 500 Pro / 1,500 per shop Scale). Overage is $0.015/segment — pure Twilio passthrough.
- Can I port my existing business number?
- Yes. Submit a port request during onboarding — typical turnaround is 5-7 business days. Until the port clears, we route inbound to a temporary number that forwards to yours.
- What happens if a customer replies STOP?
- They're automatically opted out in both our system and carrier-side. Future blasts skip them. Transactional messages (appointment reminders) still flow unless they've disabled those specifically. Consent log is preserved forever.
- Can I send from my cell when I'm on the go?
- Yes. Our iOS + Android apps mirror the shared inbox with push notifications. Reply from your phone; the thread updates on the front-desk terminal in real time.
- Do you support international SMS?
- US + Canada are native. Mexico + EU are in beta with per-region 10DLC equivalents. DM us if you need specific country coverage.
