Common questions
Does SalesThumb have an API?+
Yes — every shop's data is accessible via webhooks today, and a documented REST/RPC API is on the roadmap. For one-off needs, the Zapier integration covers most automation use cases. For BI, a read-only Postgres replica option is coming for Enterprise plans.
Can I request a new integration?+
Yes. Email info@roffik.com with what you'd like connected and how you'd use it. Customer-pulled requests jump the queue.
Are integrations included in every plan?+
Stripe Connect, Twilio SMS, Resend email, Cloudflare R2 storage, the iCal feed, CSV export, and Zapier are included on all paid plans. Some upcoming integrations (SSO, Postgres read replica) are gated to Enterprise.
Is there a developer portal?+
Not yet. We're focused on first-party integrations and a stable webhook stream first. A formal developer portal with SDKs and per-integration docs follows once a partner ecosystem exists.
