SalesThumb brings scheduling, customer management, quoting, invoicing, and payments into one system tailored to these businesses.
At the center is Sales Matrix, a customer-facing kiosk that walks a shopper through their options — tint shades on a live day/night preview, ceramic coating tiers, PPF coverage by panel, and flat-glass services — and turns the conversation into a clear, itemized quote on the spot.
SalesThumb also includes a customer pipeline and messaging inbox, multi-location and franchise HQ rollups for shops that operate more than one bay, reviews and reporting, and integrated payments via Stripe, with additional payment processors planned.
