Every dispute in the tint / PPF world comes back to 'was it like that when I dropped it off?' SalesThumb's damage-tagging mode lets the installer snap a photo, draw an arrow at the scratch, add a note, and tag it 'pre-existing' in about 20 seconds. The photo is timestamped, GPS-tagged to your shop, and signed with the installer's name. - Do photos get auto-categorized?
