- Can I show my customer's cost or just the final price?
- Final price only to the customer. Your internal view shows material cost, labor, and margin in real time so you never quote underwater.
- Do quotes expire?
- Yes, configurable per quote (default 14 days). Expired quotes get a reminder 24h before and a gentle nudge after — auto-recovered revenue.
- What if the customer wants to negotiate?
- Clone the quote, adjust the line items, and re-send — the customer's history shows both versions so they see the change clearly. Original quote is auto-archived.
- Can I send a single-price quote instead of three tiers?
- Yes. Quotes default to three tiers because they convert better, but you can send a single-tier quote in one toggle. Your shop's choice per-quote or as a default.
- What deposit percentage should I use?
- Industry standard is 25-50% on high-ticket installs (PPF, full ceramic). We default to 20% and let you override per-quote or per-template. Deposits are non-refundable by default.
- How do warranty terms attach?
- Every film product in your catalog has warranty years + terms. When a quote is approved, the warranty certificate is generated automatically with the chosen tier's film and delivered with the receipt.
