That's the screen. Tap a job → customer/vehicle/quote/photos/notes, with one-tap actions for 'Start,' 'Pause,' 'Waiting on customer,' and 'Done.' Every status change is broadcast to the front desk screen and — if the customer opted in — sent as a push to their phone.

Offline-first — the part your techs will thank you for

The shop's back corner has no signal. The mobile-install job is in a parking garage. Rural detailer swing-bys happen in the middle of cornfields. SalesThumb treats the network as optional, not required: every action (photo, status change, clock event, note) writes to local storage first, syncs when a connection returns, and shows a clean 'will sync' indicator so nobody's guessing. In four years of real tint-shop use, we've yet to lose a single photo.
