The calendar your shop actually runs on.
A real-time resource calendar built for the chaos of a working shop. See every installer lane and every bay in a single view, drop jobs into open slots with a drag, and let the system handle the downstream — SMS confirmations, bay conflicts, capacity tracking, and no-show follow-ups. Opens online booking to your customers without opening a scheduling hole.
Launching soon — get early access.

The parts that actually move the needle.
Three capabilities built specifically for the day-to-day of a working shop.
Deep dive · 01
Drag to reschedule — customer gets the text automatically
Most shops run the calendar on a whiteboard, a Google Calendar, and a manager remembering who's coming in at noon. That falls apart the moment a cancellation hits. SalesThumb makes moving a job a two-second drag: grab the card, drop it into any open slot on any installer — we handle the rest. The customer gets an SMS confirming their new time. The bay conflict gets blocked before you can overbook it. Your other installers see the change in real-time.
- Works across installers, bays, and times — same gesture
- Conflicting drops snap back with a reason message
- Customer gets the new-time SMS within 2 seconds
- Audit log records who moved what, when

Recurring appointments for fleets and commercial accounts
Commercial flat-glass accounts, rental fleet tint rotations, ceramic coating refreshes — some jobs repeat every 90 days, some every Tuesday. Set the recurrence once and the calendar propagates the whole schedule forward. Need to skip Memorial Day? Delete just that instance. Need to push the whole series back a week because your supplier is late on film? Shift the series. Every change cascades to SMS reminders automatically.
- Weekly, biweekly, monthly, or custom cadences
- Skip or edit a single instance without breaking the series
- Bulk-shift the series when shop closures happen
- Per-customer recurrence with unique pricing

Waitlist that auto-fills your cancellations
A Saturday cancellation used to mean an empty bay and lost revenue. Add customers to a per-service waitlist and we text them the moment a compatible slot opens. First reply gets the slot; the rest stay queued. Works whether the opening came from a cancellation, a reschedule, or you just added capacity.
- One waitlist per service + vehicle class
- Automatic SMS blast to the queue on openings
- First-reply wins, rest stay in line
- Manual bump if a VIP wants priority

Who it's for
Built specifically for…
- Single-location tint shops with 2-5 installers
- Multi-bay shops tracking installer-by-bay assignment
- PPF & wrap shops juggling multi-day jobs
- Detail shops with recurring commercial accounts
- Mobile tint crews with route-based scheduling
What it replaces
The old way…
- Whiteboard + sticky-note calendar
- Shared Google Calendar (with the double-booking problem)
- Paper day-sheets the front desk re-writes each morning
- Separate booking tool glued to a separate CRM
- That one staff member who "just knows" the schedule
How it works
Set it up once. Run it forever.
- 1
Set up your lanes once
Add each installer and each bay as a resource. The calendar paints one column per resource so you see real availability, not a jumbled list.
- 2
Book from anywhere
Front desk drops in a new appointment. Online booking lands a new one. The public booking page writes to the same calendar — no double-booking possible.
- 3
Drag to rearrange
Cancellations happen. Grab the appointment, drop it into an open slot, the customer gets a new confirmation SMS automatically. No paperwork, no confusion.
How a shop actually uses this
Saturday is chaos at most shops. A customer calls wanting a PPF install on Friday. Open the calendar, you see 3 installers, each with 2 bays, color-coded by service type. Drag the customer's slot into the empty bay. Done in 10 seconds — and they get a text confirmation instantly.
Questions
Good to know.
- Can I have different business hours per day?
- Yes — set daily hours, lunch blocks, and holidays in Settings. The online booking page respects them automatically, and reminders adjust for timezone and DST.
- What if a customer no-shows?
- Mark the appointment No-Show and we automatically trigger your follow-up text plus an optional deposit forfeiture rule. No-shows also surface in the weekly report so you can spot patterns.
- Can two installers share a bay on the same job?
- Yes — tag an appointment with multiple installers. The calendar shows the job on each installer's lane and deducts a single bay. Great for two-person PPF installs.
- Do staff get their own calendar view?
- Each installer sees their own day on the mobile app and web — with the option to view the full shop calendar if they have the right role. Roles are configurable per-user.
- What about walk-ins?
- Add a walk-in from the calendar in two taps — choose an installer, pick the service, the customer record fills in after the job is done. No friction when the shop is busy.
- Can I block out a bay for maintenance?
- Yes. Create a block with a reason — "Bay 2 down", "Installer PTO", "Lunch" — and it reserves the resource without counting against utilization metrics.
