On the TV, type signage.salesthumb.com/pair into the browser. Page shows a 6-character pair code in big letters.

On your phone, open /app/settings/signage → Add display → type the 6-char code. TV is now bound to your shop. Pick a playlist to assign.

- Do I need a special TV?
- No. Any TV with a built-in browser or that can run Chromecast / Apple TV. We've tested on Samsung Tizen, LG webOS, Android TV, Apple TV (Safari), Chromecast, and any Mini-PC running Chrome. Cheapest setup we've seen: a $40 used Chromebox on a $200 LG TV.
- What about offline?
- Cached playlist content keeps showing for ~24h after WiFi drops. TV self-reports last-seen-at; the signage health digest emails the operator when a display has been offline > 24h.
- Can I push the same playlist to all my shops?
- Yes — HQ tier lets you build a chain-wide playlist and push it to every shop's signage instance with one click. Each shop can layer per-shop slides on top.
