Multi-step drips that nurture customers automatically.
The Drip Campaign Pack is the SalesThumb add-on for shops who want their nurture sequences to fire themselves. Unlike marketing tools that charge per-message and mark up your messaging cost 4x, drips here are sold as a flat $49/mo software fee — every send comes out of your shop's existing SMS + email allowance, the same pool that powers your blasts and transactional comms. Auto-enrollment is wired to the triggers shops actually care about: NO_VISIT_DAYS (re-engage anyone past 90/180/365 days), STATUS_CHANGE (welcome anyone who flips to ACTIVE), SEGMENT_ADD (catch the VIP upgrade or the warranty-expiring cohort). Every shop gets a $100/mo overage cap by default so a mis-configured sequence can't bleed the messaging budget overnight.

What's included
The full capability list.
Everything that ships on day one. No feature-gating surprises inside a single plan.
- 8 starter templates — welcome, win-back 90/180/365, quote follow-up, post-service review, warranty-expiring, anniversary, reactivation
- Builder for your own multi-step sequences with merge tags + per-step delays
- Auto-enrollment triggers: NO_VISIT_DAYS, STATUS_CHANGE, SEGMENT_ADD
- Exit-on-reply, exit-on-conversion, exit-on-opt-out — drips don't keep firing once a customer engages
- Per-campaign analytics: enrolled, in-flight, completed, replied, attributed revenue
- Software-fee model — flat +$49/mo, no per-send markup, no message-pack double-billing
- Sends draw from your shop's existing SMS + email allowance (add a Volume Pack if you need more)
- $100/mo per-shop spend cap by default — raise it in Settings if you're confident
Who it's for
Built specifically for…
- Shops with 200+ customer base who want re-engagement without manual touchpoints
- Owners burned by per-message marketing pricing (Mailchimp, BombBomb, ActiveCampaign)
- Multi-location chains who want consistent nurture flows across every shop
What it replaces
The old way…
- Mailchimp / ActiveCampaign / Klaviyo — $50-200/mo + per-contact creep + nightly CRM sync delay
- BombBomb personal video follow-ups that don't scale past 50 customers
- The owner's recurring calendar reminder to 'check in with dormant customers this week' that gets snoozed every time
How it works
Set it up once. Run it forever.
- 1
1. Pick a starter or build your own
8 seeded templates cover the high-leverage moments — welcome, win-back, post-service review, quote follow-up. Or build a custom multi-step sequence with the visual builder (drag steps, set delays, write merge-tagged copy).
- 2
2. Wire the auto-enrollment trigger
Pick NO_VISIT_DAYS (re-engagement), STATUS_CHANGE (onboarding/offboarding moments), or SEGMENT_ADD (cohort-specific flows). Eligible customers enroll automatically as soon as the trigger fires.
- 3
3. Watch attribution + sleep easy on the cap
Per-campaign analytics track enrolled, in-flight, replied, and attributed revenue. The $100/mo spend cap blocks runaway sends if a sequence misfires. Adjust either anytime.
How a shop actually uses this
Sample Shop LLC enabled the Drip Pack on a Wednesday for $49/mo. Turned on three starter templates (welcome, win-back-180, post-service review) — auto-enrollment wired to NO_VISIT_DAYS=180 and STATUS_CHANGE=COMPLETED. By month-end: 47 enrollments across the three drips, 11 replies, 6 booked appointments, $2,140 attributed revenue. Total messaging cost: $1.86 out of the shop's existing SMS allowance. Software fee + messaging combined: $50.86. ROI ≈ 42x in the first month. Spend cap never came close to triggering.
Questions
Good to know.
- How is this different from a per-message marketing tool?
- Flat software fee. $49/mo, no per-send markup. The actual SMS + email charges come out of your shop's existing allowance at cost — same pool that powers your transactional comms and blasts. Most shops pay 3-5x less than they were paying Mailchimp + Twilio combined.
- What's the $100/mo spend cap for?
- Insurance. If a sequence misfires (bad trigger, accidentally enrolled 5,000 customers, etc.) the cap blocks further sends once the shop's messaging spend hits $100 in a calendar month. Raise it in Settings → Messaging if you're running high-volume campaigns intentionally. See /features/messaging-spend-cap.
- What if I need more messaging volume than my plan includes?
- Stack an SMS Volume Pack (+$25/mo per 2,500 segments) or Email Volume Pack (+$10/mo per 25,000 emails) on top of your plan. Or bring your own Twilio / Resend credentials (BYOC) and pay your carrier directly.
- Will drips keep firing if a customer replies?
- No — exit-on-reply is default-on for every template. Exit-on-conversion (customer books an appointment) and exit-on-opt-out (STOP / UNSUBSCRIBE) are also default-on. You can override per-step if you want a sequence to continue after a specific reply type.

Bulk blast
Built-in segments (VIPs, new in 30 days, dormant 90+, last-service-was-X), full recipient preview before send, per-blast reply-rate + revenue-attribution analytics. No third-party email tool, no Mailchimp double-billing.
Spend Cap
Default $100/mo per-shop messaging spend cap. Counts every SMS segment + transactional email + drip send + blast send against one ceiling. Hits the cap, blocks further sends, alerts the owner. Raise it in Settings, or escape it entirely by bringing your own Twilio + Resend credentials.
Automations
Build rules like 'when a quote is approved, send a deposit SMS and add a calendar hold.' Everything that happens repeatedly should be automated — and nothing should slip through.
Two-way SMS
Every customer conversation in one inbox. Auto-reminders run 24/7, but when they reply, a human sees it. MMS, templates, merge fields.
Sales playbook
Six AI-written nudges per customer over a year — review, warranty, cross-sell, maintenance, win-back, anniversary — with reply intent classified and acted on automatically.
